The new penalties target ICC judges Kimberly Proust of Canada and Nicolas Guillou of France and prosecutors Nazhat Shameem Khan of Fiji and Mame Mandiaye Niang of Senegal.
That calls for a sternly worded letter.
I was reading the article and all I could think was; “these are smart people, I sure as heck hope they saw the writing on the wall and asked their financial planners to remove most of their assets out of the US.”
I do not nearly have assets anywhere near 1% of what I am sure these people have but I have made sure that they are not in the US. I have been working on removing my data from the US as well; that I am fairly sure I am closer to 100% of the data they have stored in the US, if not more.
