Children are starving and the president is focused on renovating white house bathrooms with gold fixtures. He is certainly following Nero’s footsteps.

This administration does not have their priorities straight. Not paying employees, firing thousands of people, this obsession with gold. The end of USAID, so much more, it’s just so disheartening.

Kings did this intentionally to prove their wealth and power while the masses begged for food. It helped them illustrate that there was a pecking order.

A monumental rotating dining room certainly isn’t beyond him. There’s another wing to destroy after all.

What a disgrace. He’s tearing up history and smearing his gold flake feces all over the place.

I’m sure the only thing they don’t have an issue with is the name “white house”.

Funny that. I bet there’s a press release soon: “we found structural damage in the WH” followed by a complete demolishment.

This is how you make America great!!! Just non-stop winning! Fuck the kids and all humans in the borders. Food and healthcare are boring. A renovated bathroom, that’s amazing!!!

I get it, he wants to make it feel like home if he’s gonna be living there for the rest of his life.

He won’t be stepping down from this gig, he knows the consequences he’ll have to face if he becomes a normal citizen again.

Much of the White House was decorated by Jackie Kennedy, and her husband ended up spending the rest of his life there, so maybe this will be the same thing…

yea I think it’s mostly fear driving his every move nowadays. He probably wants to spend his last days as unbothered as possible

If we all try really hard, we can give him a bigly stroke. Hugely.

Trump even recently said it’s “pretty clear” he can’t run for a 3rd term.

        Stop perpetuating this doomer nonsense.

He wouldn’t be desperately trying to gerrymander states to keep Senate seats if he truly thought he was a king.

Authoritarianism only works when you get so emotionally beaten down that you acquiesce in advance.

He also said he’d never heard of Project 2025 - until he began to implement it. His supporters had been beating the drum for months.

He said he believed in states rights - until some states didn’t tow his line.

He said he can’t run for a third term, but has also said “that’s a shame” and his cronies are beating that drum too “with a plan”

The gerrymandering is to lock in gop supremacy for once he’s gone.

I’m more than happy to be proven wrong - hell, I really hope I am, but fool me once…

It’s not acquiescence, it’s a warning and call to arms. Jan 6 shows us he will go to extreme measures to stay in power. I do not believe he will fail again.

    Holy shit is that tacky.

Can you imagine the president having nothing better to do than golf, take pictures of the bathroom, and fuck children?
