It would be much more interesting to see this in terms of a combination of protein, unsaturated fats And micronutrients. Like which combination is the cheapest of all? I suspect it would be something like: Peanut butter (mono) Sunflower oil (poly) WPC (protein with good amino profile) Celery (insoluble fiber) Psyllium husk (soluble fiber) Rice (carbs, low gi)
