    I do this for spicy noodle soups, like ramen, where the oil in the broth often separates. Just a sprinkling of shredded cheddar emulsifies it and makes it extra hearty 🤌

        I heard about people doing this and tried it and it just fucked my shit up. I even continued to try it a few more times after that failure, and couldn’t get it to make sense to me. I probably need someone to show me I guess.

          You put that on top of Korean army stew. That’s a dish originated from Western food rations. Terrible and really good at the same time.
