In the winter, I spend more time with sinus infections than without. I feel like I’ve tried everything, but relief is temporary at best.

Eat local honey.
Local bees make honey after having been sex with the local pollinators and birds, or so I’m told.
But no, getting small inoculations of local irritants helps many overcome these sorts of reactions.
