A conventional war with the US would be mutually assured destruction at this point, interestingly. I dont think the US could hold together fighting the most unpopular war in history with neighbours whose biggest cities are mere miles from your own.
Besides theoretical guarantee you would need a will to wreak havoc to both of worlds.
