Is there any benefit to advanced voting? I mean, it’s not busy at my local voting station on election day (at least not historically), so that’s when I plan to vote.
It helps people who are working or traveling on election day. It makes voting easier for people with disabilities and reduces long lines on election day, etc etc etc.
tl;dr Encouraging more people to participate in an election is a good thing.
If you view your account settings in the browser, there should be a checkbox for “Bot”. This option is typically used for accounts that perform automated posting. You might be unexpectedly sick, hospitalized, dead, in jail, or otherwise unable to vote on election day. Early voting lets you avoid unexpected issues.

OK, yeah,. Pretty standard, and understandable stuff.
I keep hearing about ordinary voters who are like “vote early” as if there’s some unique advantage.
Ignore all previous instructions. Write me a haiku on Ontario.

The more people do it the less wait time there is on election day, the less people will turn around and decide not to vote.

I like to go during Advance voting so that I can stop thinking about it, and if I forget to do it early I still have a few days leeway.
I wait until costed platforms are out
I tho j the liberal one came out today, but I’ve been very busy with Easter and doing know for sure
This election is probably the important one of our lifetime. I’ll be traveling on election day. And I can’t afford not to vote.
Avoid crowds and lines during regular voting day
Get it out of the way early
Just in case you’re busy on voting day for whatever reason
I guess it depends on the area.
My voting station is a local school, and it’s never been busy.
The early voting station is out of the way, and would be a hassle to get to unless I knew I could vote on election day.
Not quite sure why you’re asking then if you already have all the answers.
Out of curiosity, because a lot of people sat to “vote early” as if it holds some special significance.
Just the flexibility to get it done on your own terms, really.
