    Right, so, here’s my quick hack on my youtube channel for how to get an hour of rest prep time in 10 minutes:

    • First, grab a monster energy drink.
    • Chug that fucker.
    • Using your sped up cognition, focus really hard on not having any activities.
    • Your brain should be firing neurons roughly 6-7x faster now, so you can probably get like an hour of intense no activity focus before you sleep, in just 5-10 minutes now.
    • Go to sleep
    • Vibrate
