(1) Take-Two Does Not Use Spyware Take-Two does not use spyware in its games. Take-Two’s Privacy Policy applies to all labels, studios, games, and services across all media and platform types such as console, PC, mobile app, and website.
We don’t necessarily monitor every room all the time.
We won’t tell you what rooms we are monitoring at any one time, just that we reserve the right to monitor every room all the time.
