I have been more than 2 years on Lemmy and I have had an amazing experience with everything, but lately I see more and more US politics on all! I also see new communities regarding US politics + newspapers about the US, cross-posting same article in multiple communities and so on.

It’s only me who thinks this is too much? Anyone else that have noticed it?

      So what? You guys spammed politics all day long about Trump being president, still you did nothing to kick him out. Now you spam about a civil war, but you do nothing but post videos, photos and articles. How this going to help??? Tell me ??? How more communities and cross-posting will help ? Tell me please!

        They don’t want to do the hard, constant work it takes to make the world a better place.

        Ranting, raving, protesting are short attention-span things that make people feel like they’re doing something.

        Instead of getting up every day, and cleaning up their little corner a bit more, every single day. This is what makes a difference.
