I succeeded, though. Was fun.
This reminds me that Felix Baumgartner, the guy who jumped out of a crazy high Red Bull weather balloon and exceeded the sound barrier on the way down, just died on Thursday in a paragliding accident.
I disagree. Under those circumstances, one is skydiving for longer than average. Sounds like a pro move to me.
Choosing wisely requires a modicum of rationality - a fact that doesn’t jibe very well with intentionally jumping off a perfectly functional airplane that’s miles up in the air.
