    TLDR for anyone stopping by. Basically it’s not the strongest legal precedent but it does set some precedent. Specifically in that it opens non-compliant States to legal action from other States that have economic partnerships with them

      And for the USians joining us, “States” here means “countries”. Not regional governments like “States” in the US sense.
