For some images, there is dialog, so the test could be transferred directly (Manga, comic books, etc). But many many images don’t have any text at all, and often only one character.
I think there’s probably some version of ‘the male gaze’ that could be avoided. But maybe someone has a more canonical answer?
I think you’d have to look at all the artists works to get an idea. I don’t think you’d be able to formulate any simple rules such as that though…

I’m not sure that counts, considering which subset of the population is the largest consumer of it. That in and of itself doesn’t make it fail*, but the fact that the makers of it know this and thus might be tailoring it for that audience does kind of make the the whole thing about men.
Basically, we’re just swapping one meaning of intercourse for another.
* in the same way a group of men watching a regular movie that passes the test wouldn’t change that fact.

I think print media is much better about this - I read a lot of indie comics and there’s plenty of women talking to women about war or other things (though a whole lot of it seems to be war), and in books too. Maybe just because there are more of them there is more variety overall.
If I understand correctly what you are asking, is there art by women that has a different perspective, then I think that answer is yes, but beyond “know it when you see it” I can’t think of a test.

“Images” is too broad of a concept. Like what that judge said… “I’ll know porn when I see it.”
Beyond that, as an is using an attractive woman to sell makeup gonna fail? What if it’s just a totally bland photo of a face, just an attractive one?
My landscape photography definitely shows signs of male bias, but I probably shouldn’t be naked in them.
