Wanna have an even crazier idea? Start adding bicycle roads everywhere so that the vast majority of car drivers can go by bicycle, decongesting your roads.
Back to speeding cameras: Canada, all of it, start redesigning your roads instead of putting speed cameras. Make them smaller, people will automatically drive slower. Cut lanes, especially insode cities. If you have a six lane road anywhere inside a city, you’re doing it wrong and you’re asking people to speed

Not just added extra requirements, he actually wants to take out all the existing bike lanes that the city just spent millions putting in.
Not all of them, but some pretty major ones.
Specifically, only the ones along the route he takes from his home to his office.
