    It’s been illegal to sell a handgun to anyone under 21 everywhere in the US for decades. The Governor of Florida can’t change that.

    Yeah, they can say it isn’t against Florida law, but the ATF super duper doesn’t care about Florida’s little make-believe firearm deregulation.

      Okay, except 18 year olds CAN buy guns in Florida.

      Weed is also Federally outlawed, and you can buy that all over Florida, too, despite it being technically illegal even according to FLORIDA law.

      What does the law have to with anything anymore?The simple fact is that if MAGAs want something, they’ll do it, no matter what the law says.

        Thet can buy non-NFA rifles or shotguns. They cannot buy handguns.

        You really, super-duper don’t know what you’re talking about if you think an 18yo can walk into a gun store and buy a handgun.
