How about identify what the USA needs from us and stop shipping those items? Softwood, potash, steel, aluminum, water, to name a few. Maybe if we start, the rest of the world will join in and starve the USA into negotiating.
Cut back on border security and military spending that was only done to keep Trumpet (he makes a lot of unpleasant noise) happy. Use that money to pay the workers and businesses affected by such a strategy.
