Based if true, but more probable is that those money were stolen by the letters to fuel their black ops. Coincidentally the allegiations of DPRK being super hacker powerhouse started right after Afghan govt cracked on poppy planting.
I find it more interesting and funny how the same people claiming DPRK is stone age country suddenly shifted to position that DPRK can hack anyone.
I remember watching an interview a while back about DPRK that really changed my perspective on it. The guy pointed out how you can count the number of countries that managed to develop nuclear weapons on a palm of your hand, and DPRK is one of them. This requires a very high level of scientific, engineering, and industrial development to come together. And if DPRK is demonstrably that advanced that’s completely contradictory with the western narrative about it. A country that can’t even feed itself is not going to be at the bleeding edge of technological progress.
