      Why tho ? He’s right. (In the US) voting right or left or 3th party doesn’t change anything. Rep&Dem work for the elites, and third parties never win. It’s all wasted time.

        If you are a white middle class male that miiiight be true. But I am not from the US, so I can’t be sure if it is true even for them.

          As a PoC in a neighbourhood of upper middle class white people, quite a few who support Trump, they (the ones here specifically) live life with absolute certainty that Trump won’t go after them. They don’t mind that he’s going after others as long as it doesn’t affect them and may even support it if its to their economic benefit.

          They may be right about him not going after them directly. Quite a few are xenophobic enough that they’ll eat some economic loss (which they can easily withstand) in order for a narrative of This is our country to be projected, which they feel Trump is doing effectively.

          Its the rural white folk (which is the majority that voted for him) that he will hurt the most but because of poor literacy and education they are easily impressionable and will willingly burn themselves at the stake for him, just to live with the idea that maybe one day they can be just like him.
