It still does despite what Trump and his gestapo claim. They are illegally deporting U.S. citizens. If we ever manage to dislodge these parasites the ones responsible better face jail time for these crimes, because “I was just following orders” isn’t a valid defense for breaking the law nevermind the constitution.
Last time this happened there were no consequences for those involved.
Consequences for the powerful only happens when the populace are the enforcers. The powerful sure aren’t going to punish themselves.

SCOTUS is about to decide on the validity of the 14th Amendment as it pertains to birthright citizenship, and it’s not looking good.
