If recording a video and blowing a whistle gets you murdered by the military, armed resistance is going to be the only option left.
Sadly, invoking the insurrection act without an insurrection could create the need for an actual insurrection. He’s just praying for someone to start murdering his gestapo so that he can justify a violent crackdown.
The hard part is resisting the urge to fight wanton violence with wanton violence.
If he can declare an insurrection without an insurrection, he can justify a violent crackdown without protesters being violent.
Imo at this point it doesn’t matter. He’s gonna do whatever the fuck he wants whether Congress, the Senate, or even the Supreme Court tell him otherwise.
