Felipe VI of Spain can (constitutionally) do the funniest thing right now.
That said, everyone on this planet needs to be building renewables, grid storage, bike lanes and railways ASAP to shake off oil dependency.
seems like China’s been ahead of the curve as usual
On this particular front Europe is doing OK as well, but it definitely needs to build more, faster, and now. And to do that it needs to build more ties with China. Honestly looking at the (lack of) EU response over the latest US war crimes I’m not holding my breath here.
Yeah, stronger ties with China is really the obvious way out for Europe. It’s absolutely incredible to me that the EU is still trying to suck up to the US.
That would require Europeans to acknowledge the damaging role of U.S. Imperialism, delegitimizing European participation in said imperialism among European citizens. Plus European Liberals are too proud (putting it nicely) to associate positively with an ‚autocratic‘ power such as the PRC. They’ve spent so long shitting on non-liberal projects that it becomes unthinkable to imagine any productive partnership with them that doesn’t involve either condemnation or confrontation.
very much agree
I think with this way Iran 🇮🇷 will prevail
Nature is healing.
Props, this is like an diplomatic BDS.
soft power about to get hard if u know what i mean
edit: this is ambiguous i mean iran is about to flex what control over one of the world’s most strategic straits means
That reads like a buy one get one deal to me rather than an added cost.
Kuwait, Qatar, Iraq and Saudi Arabia don’t have Israeli ambassadors, only Bahrain and UAE.
Half way there
