Seeing as how most people I’ve met keep their pocket knives dull af, it’s going to be real painful as it rips and tears rather than slices.
People also don’t keep their pocket knives clean. My brother uses his knife to pick crud out from under his toenails. So have fun with the infections from that and from having intestines perforated and leaking into your gut.
