When I was in highschool a couple years ago that is how we used it. Its not a popular term anymore though. I hear some people using it self deprecatingly though

Boomer is just old slang for person who is older than the speaker or someone who is out of touch

switch to lightmode in vim
Pearaon also has homework on their site these days. I’ve only used pearson for physics homework, because I didn’t have the need to read the book. I needed to buy the book for the homework though
vrchat is the only game I tested other than beatsaber because my other vr games take too long to download
I think people generally don’t use vr everyday, and index controllers had a 6 hour battery life and took 30 mins to charge. This makes it easier to hop into vr on quest 3 which has AA batteries because you don’t need to worry about charging 3 devices, only one
steamvr is pretty broken on linux rn so I’m not surprised it dowsn’t work for you. I’ve had a better experience using envision for vr instead of steamvr

Steam frame could be big for vr on linux. Before steam deck came out I dualbooted windows for gaming because gaming didn’t work well on linux. Nowadays its great. Steam vr is super buggy on linux right now and doesn’t even have feature parity with steam vr on windows. Hopefully steam vr becomes good on linux because I would imagine the steam frame needs it to be good
Steam deck is not powerful enough to run vr games at playable fps, I got like 20 fps in vrchat on steam deck in vr
This is why its generally better to only write new code in more memory safe langs instead of rewriting everything

Literally every VR headset released this year is over 1k usd. Only meta (and now valve) care about budget headsets

Its a standalone headset that runs steamos.

Not really, you need to spend money to open a crate but you can sell a crate for free. So any rational person would sell their crates for guaranteed money instead of buying a key to probably lose money.
This is a possible thing, there are youtube videos of people making cpus on breadboards. Idk if mass producing them would be practical though without any proprietary parts from the global supply chain

Wikipedia already has a button where you can go to another language’s version of that page where you can then machine translate it yourself.

this just sounds like worse light field displays

It already is, they just put guardrails to prevent it from making adult content before

more legible than a ssd for humans
So if it only lets the llm see highlighted text, whats the point of even adding it into calibre. It takes 0 extra seconds to paste that text into google or chatgpt or duck.ai or whatever
wasm binaries are pretty large usually
