Facts don’t matter these days

Problem is, it’s up to the courts to decide what is and isn’t “official us business”. As of now, everything Trump does will be “official”, and nothing Biden does would be “official”.

Doesn’t matter what is fair and even cause Republicans don’t play by that game.

I get that, but part of the issue is optics. The Democratic party can easily promote the narrative that “progressive” ideals are not far left.

Hillary Clinton said in a debate that Medicare for all will never be implemented. She didn’t say that because she believed it, or even that she wanted it to be true. She said it because her opponent was running on that platform and gaining a massive following of mainstream voters as a result.

The party needs to quit reacting when Republicans say they are “far left” and instead fight to control the narrative. I guarantee the “old and conservative” democratic voters would follow suit if the party pushed for it.

Democrats are so afraid of being called “Far Left” that they end up being much further right than most Democrat’s want. Fact is, progressive democrats aren’t even “Far Left”. They need to quit playing onto they narrative cause it’s not true.

I think the Democrat party is a problem for pushing forward candidates that suck. There no way Trump wins in 2016 if he was going against somebody that was actually popular.

I am getting serious 2016 vibes this cycle. Biden should never have run a second time. And after that debate performance it feels like continuing with Biden is just as big of a mistake.

First I think, what do Republicans think trans people are doing in the bathrooms? Then I think, oh, what are republicans doing in bathrooms?!

Makes me wonder what our world would be like if Biden had run against Hillary and Bernie in 2016.

We need to get rid of maps altogether and go with proportional representation. Why does my state give republicans 8 reps and democrats 1 rep when the split is more like 48%-35%? There’s no map that will give 5 to republicans, 3 to democrats and 1 to an independent. That is what is fair.

That said, if you saw any of the clips, I think it was clear and obvious that his stutter was not the issue.

In 2020, there was a lot of talk about his stutter, and that made seemed right. Here lately Biden is giving me “Weekend at Bernie” vibes.

It’s the same with using LLM’s for writing. It won’t deliver a finished product, but it will give you ideas that can be used in the final product.

The dissent basically says that a deal was reached to get money from this company and all 50 state’s attorney generals supported this. This decision results in that money possibly being lost and opioid victims never getting paid.

I don’t know enough about it though. Seems like the money part of the bankruptcy should not shield the criminals from going to jail. But it sounds like it might be.

It’s sad that I’ve just resigned myself to say “this is our world now”.

There’s a fatal flaw in this that she never even addressed. In the beginning, she said she is always wearing a hat. Well, if she’s carrying a bag, she’s no longer wearing a hat! I think she needs to make the bag in a way that she can still wear the hat while it’s a bag.

I think it would help. Often times all the items on the shelf look the same with the exception of price.

You add a warning label on one item and the item next to it is $2 more and doesn’t have the warning, I am likely to buy the more expensive item.
