The best kind of correct :D
Abab - Old Thunder; what a mood they created. Crushing. Drums are well tuned and that guitar tone is sooo distorted. Super Duper Heavy.
Akercocke are an interesting choice. I look fwd to listening to more of their efforts.
I’ma throw my hat into the ring with Undergang. Danish Death. The guitar tones are disgustingly creepy and the feel of the tracks is heavy as. Start with ‘Tvangstanker’.
I thought it was just me that thought Bleed was overrated. ObZen and Lethargica kick ass compared.
Broooo pretty with you there. When I saw them they played Dancers to a Discordant System and the walls frickn shook… And so thusly was I.
Depends which acts are on tour in… Yep, Australia. So last 12 months I went to 6. Work into the mix many of the venues are on the other side of town to me (so week nights are usually off the table unless I must see; Mastodon) and that tix are often very expensive - especially for big names.
Oh cool. I love Campari’s lil boots. Can’t wait to see how big they get to be in the next few months :D
Cuuuuute! Which one’s which? And are they a certain breed?
To anyone wondering… It’s Phenomenal. It’s an album.
10/10 would eat
To quote Jules Winfield: “Example?” I just wanna know what he was listening too 😆
Cool! I have some watchin’ to do.
This was not on my radar either. Again, thanks for the post (like the Bon Iver album). What do you think of this album so far?
Sweet! A new Bon Iver album to chew on. What do you think of it so far?
Get over to BangerTV and support the community and channel. Everything Metal from History to Emerging. There is a Doco on Extreme Metal that is real good and if you can find it Sam Dunn has a Doco “A headbangers journey” about the history of metal and how we have so many sub genres. It’s wicked.
P.S. all these recommendations are awesome. I’ll put my hat in the ring for Decapitated & Phobophilic. Maybe Behemoth (The Satanist album).
I agree with almost all of your comment. However, say you have two children (to keep it simple) they have the same environment as they age (except, of course home life - important). Same school, same neighbourhood, similar friends etc. Their macro is so similar but their micro could be very different. This, in the developing brain will have larger effects down the line and could create vast differences in ideology - especially rigid ideology. So whilst I agree with you that it may not be inherent (although developing brain in utero, who knows), I think there is something to be said for the dopaminergic deficit in the cortex and the abundance in the striatum.
If we can play Yoshi’s Island & Sonic w/out sticks, I think we’ll be okay. Although I don’t know what games this will have…
Well done
Like memories of yesterday…
