If the violations continue, a judge warned: "the Court will order Respondent to appear at a hearing with its counsel and a managing officer of the company to explain its continued non-compliance."

Respondent must respond in writing to Petitioner’s Requests for Production by August 23, 2024, failing which the Court will order Respondent to appear at a hearing with its counsel and a managing officer of the company to explain its continued non-compliance with its discovery obligations,”

Don’t worry about the lawsuit too much, crazy pillow guy. Pay your bankruptcy attorneys well and follow their advice.

The hardest part would be sitting there with a straight face the entire time.

Sure. At first. Then two hours go by and he still hasn’t shut up.

Then two hours go by and he still hasn’t shut up.

Imagine being in his crew back in the day when he smoked crack. They probably forced him to sober up so that he’d stop hanging out with them.

I can’t wait to see this asshole lose everything. It’s happening in slow motion.

Engineer Robert Zeidman — himself a Trump supporter — picked up the poly-foam gauntlet thrown down by the one-time QVC star. Despite severe doubts about his own abilities, Zeidman won the contest.

Duded had bullshit data that he didn’t understand and was absolutely confident about it. Then he lost a bet. Make him pay up.

      + Interest
      + Legal fees

They’re going big and they aren’t taking payment in shitty foam pillows.

What’s disheartening is that him and his company aren’t even close to being broke

Looks like they got evicted from one of their two warehouses a few months ago (along with being dropped by most major retailers) so that’s probably a good indicator that things aren’t so rosey at the company.

I’m so glad that Walz is overshadowing this guy as far as “well known people from Mankato” goes.
