It’s worth noting that these raids and arrests are warrantless which is in violation of the Constitution.
Raids and arrests without warrants:

As a matter of public policy, yes, it’s 100% true and the fact that he got a cease fire done the last day of his administration proves that.
In order for it to pass, they need 290 votes in the House. The Republicans currently have 220 votes, so they would need 70 Democrats to flip.
Then it goes to the Senate where they need 67 votes. First, 60 to get past the inevitable filibuster, and with 53 votes, Republicans need 7 Democrats to flip to move it forward and 14 to pass it.
Then, the fun part, they need 38 states to ratify it. Trump did win 31 states, so he would still need 7 Harris states to ratify an amendment.

It is absolutely a blatant falsehood because Biden is on the public record over and over advocating a cease fire and a two-state solution.
You can’t simultaneously advocate a two-state solution while also attempting to exterminate one of the states.
Biden believes both Palestine and Israel have a right to exist. That is NOT genocidal.
Israel believes they should have full control of Gaza, the West Bank, the Golan Heights and Southern Lebanon and will kill anyone who tries to defy them.
I’m just naturally assuming Trump quoting language from the 1800s is going to be offensive to somebody…

13·1 day agoCorrect, the ICC has jurisdiction over crimes committed in member states, so when Israel commits war crimes in the State of Palestine, they get charged. Similarly when Russia commits war crimes in Ukraine, they also get charged.

Pretty twisted when I tell you Israel meets all 5 definitions for genocide and only 1 is required for it to be a genocide, but you’re free to lie about me all you want.
No, the ICC has no authority in China as they aren’t a member state, for them use you Article II of the UN Genocide convention, for which they meet the definition quite aptly:
"Article II of the convention defines genocide as ANY of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, as such:
(a) Killing members of the group. ✅
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group. ✅

This doesn’t apply to Biden and Gaza as it’s ISRAEL committing acts A-E, not the United States.

Definitely agree on the tribal names, however in this case it seems like they want to apply it to the entire population regardless of tribe.
Canada would call them “First Nations” but I don’t know if there is an American equivalent.
