And that is why i still didn’t receive the clearance for one of the projects i was supposed to join, but i have to help my colleagues who got the clearance when they struggle repeatedly with basic IT security aspects like password management, not falling for phishing mails and using two factor authentication.
We should only let white local idiots get clearances. The more inbreeding they can prove, the better. This way none of their associations are suspicious.
As we see with Trump, if you are white you can get all the clearances, no matter how obviously corrupted you are. You can even get convicted of multiple dozen crimes and the judges decide not to give any criminal punishment because you are white and rich.

Exactly this. Top Secret clearance typically extends out to three degrees of separation. They’ll check on you, your friends/family, and their friends/family. Because when national security is concerned, they don’t want to risk a leak due to something like a cousin being a spy and going drinking after work with the employee.
Then would a check to everyone of an immigrant family be acceptable? Only people who’s family have never left the country are fit to protect it?
