Could have sworn I had more 6" & 24" trigger clamps for stuff like this
i swear that trees were invented by clamp companies to sell more clamps
A couple years ago I got a handful of F clamps for christmas.
My wife: “I thought you already have clamps”
Me: “Yes, I do. But not enough.”
Wife: “How many is enough?”
Me: “One more than I have.”
Also a little 18ga brad nailer makes those glueups way easier.
Not true for plywood in my experience. You will never get as tight of a glue up using only brads/pins as you would with clamps and a mechanical fastener. Screws yes but I don’t think brads have the holding power to prevent any gaps from forming during the glue up process.
I have about ten clamps in my shop … and I don’t even do any regular woodworking.
He who dies with the most clamps wins
Wat? I just use glue and a brad gun.
3 squeeze squeeze clamp and a little Brad nailer
Who tf puts padlocks on interior furniture. That looks like it won’t belong in a shed or a saw movie.
There’s a theft problem in the neighborhood. Postman put the package and lock it after. It’s in the front porch as you can see.
Okay that makes a lot of sense lol …
They should make wood that clamps itself but I bet Big Clamp would have something to say about that
Dovetails go brrr
There are lots of self clamping joints. They are a lot more work than glue+clamps so they are not common. However when it really has to stay then a joint without glue at all will be best.
Just watched an old New Yankee episode, where Norm built a cabinet of similar dimensions, and he used roughly similar amounts. Good work.
Nah the right way is to load the puppy up with as many staples, brads and screws that she can take.

how many thousands of boxes to break even?
When making non-standard size boxes it only takes one, because having it made custom is expensive as hell.
OR when you want better quality than the standard boxes you can buy anywhere. (ie boxes that last more than a month)
proper use of “number”
“Required” may be a bit of a stretch here…
Better make sure you keep those kinds of comments to yourself around my partner
