Yup, so they know how to fix this! Makes me wonder why they didn’t. Not enough time? Or does the base decay mechanic also have downsides that would work poorly with Dune?
Iirc you can tinker with the decay timer in CE of you’re the server admin. Not sure what else you’d want to change.
Maybe the vocal minority that always hated server wipes and decay timers won out?

If someone builds a base on freaking sand instead of rock they deserve to be eaten by a worm.

Uuughh, isn’t this standard in most online games that have base building? Rust, Dayz and Scum has same mechanic built in very similar ways.
