Critics like her say the very term “gold digger” reeks of misogyny.

No, the term itself doesn’t imply gender at all.

Anyway, I never really saw the problem with gold diggers, it’s a relationship like any other - you give your partner something they need and the partner gives you something you need.

So what if one of the parties needs money and the other a young woman to feel better? If there’s no coercion and no actual scamming, I don’t see the problem.

The term implies someone acting with practiced deception and lying to maintain status and actively manipulate a person in a relationship for the fun of it with the sole purpose being to access to your money, status or belongings and often for a premeditated divorce (for the sole purpose of taking half your money house ect)

So yeah… Fuck that opinion. Seen that happen to people and its beyond fucked up

Gold digger is used exclusively to describe subconscious shit behavior or intentionally malicious behavior.

No other use for the term since it was created to describe a woman or man that specifically STEALS if not legally then illegally and we didn’t have a way to describe it, not just like a girl that likes lifestyle and is clear about the expectation for it to maintain a relationship. That’s just shallow or materialistic

So yeah fuck that and fuck forgetting that specific behavior because relationships come in shapes a sizes toxic positive bs

They plan how to destroy people and lives like its just a fun little game. Fuck gold digging bitches and bastards. Unless its upfront and agreed upon. Which is just a sugar daddy/mommy not gold digging so yeah no its not a regular relationship lol

That last “if” is a big one. Most of the time these relationships aren’t as clear headed and well thought out as you’re hoping they are. Hurt feelings are the norm, and hurt feelings of powerful people lead to revenge.
