Or are you claiming a country can’t manage if they can’t trade with countries on the other side of the globe, when thy have plenty nearby countries to trade with.
Also those sanctions were absolutely FAFO sanctions, because North Korea bombed South Korea.

Why do you defend a despicable administration as the North Korean dictatorship, that is letting it’s people starve out of pride ton not ask for humanitarian aid.
No people in North Korea starved because of trade sanctions, but exclusively because of the policies of the country.
