    You need to balance that against winding UK country roads, which are a 60mph limit in theory, but in places are a single lane wide and full of blind corners, lined with unyielding stone walls and trees.

    What they really mean is “we don’t care if you crash here because you’ll probably just kill yourself”.

      Yeah of course, you have to understand when you can drive faster. Not on those roads.

      I was in madeira and there they have these very narrow roads, and people drove like crazy there. I was actually under the speed limit on those roads and thats unusual.
