Today is some more Zomboid. Me and my friends hopped on and play some more of the Milk Store Save (which is what we’ve nicknamed it). We’re not sure it will be long term, but we went ahead and started outfitting the building with walls and stuff to help make it last longer. I built a log wall around the main building after pulling a semi up too the woods.
What i also did was go on a supply run, which is where i got the Semi (or i should say the second Semi. These things are lying around like hot cakes). I’ve started going around clearing out the local buildings too in order to keep any surprises from popping up. The last thing i want is for a surprise hoard to break out of a house or something.
I found a in universe version of Bill and Ted (my favorite movie of all time), so of course, i let Jerry watch it. It helped with his mood which is great because he was starting to get depressed. I also went ahead and brought a stove over to the building for me and my friends. I told them the power will shut off so we’ll need to switch to a campfire but they still wanted a stove, so i was happy to oblige.
That was kind of all we got up too. I also went ahead and set up a second safe house ahead of time when i was on patrol earlier (it’s the house with the red car). I thought it’d be good to have somewhere to meet in case of emergencies, with supplies and such. Hopefully it never has to pay off though.
Such a great game. Ridiculously immersive.
When the update is ironed out and released, I’m going for another play through.
If you find 2 generator, you can keep one in base for electricity and one at petrol station that you temporarily turn on to fill petrol cans. That stove could be good for a long time.
Legitimately the only thing keeping me from switching to Build 42 in the long term is the lack of multiplayer. I’m excited. The bits I’ve played are awesome
What do you mean by lack of multiplayer? Is that only for dev build?
As far as i know Build 42 currently doesn’t have online multiplayer. I think it supports local splitscreen but they’re saving the Online Multiplayer for when the Singleplayer content of B42 is ironed out as far as i’m aware. Which is fair

I recently started a modded run in the Dead Sun Expanse mod map, its pretty cool. Like playing Zomboid 2.
Damn, finding new zomboid mods is not good for my save’s longevity. I searched up Dead Sun Expanse and already want to play it
I’ve been playing with zomboid for over 10 years!!! Amazing that this is picking up so much steam after being so ‘mature’ already! But loving the preview builds!
I wish it was on console so damn bad.
The preview builds are exciting. I played it day 1 and remember getting excited over the corpse dragging mechanic
