    How do you build ANYTHIING without a BLUEPRINT or a PERMIT???

    I have to get a building permit to change my front door.

      Right, good reminder.

      He started this process without the proper permits, because a king needs no one else’s approval.

      Your absolute monarch doesn’t need those things. He’d proudly state “l’état c’est moi” if he was able to.

        Yes, it does. How else do you know what to demolish? Source: am former engineering draftsman.

        I can only assume the plans were drawn up a long time ago, well before any announcement.

          Blueprints aren’t needed if the project is going to be a boondoggle to swindle more cash out of investors. Just keep adding stuff, just keep claiming you NEED to add more stuff, and eventually you wind up with The Big Dig.

      Just change the door and store the old one in the shed or attic in case they tell you to revert your changes. -That’s what we always did.
