This guy is gonna have a field day with his lawsuit once this is over. The prosecutor is going to cost them millions for something no one will remember after it’s over.

Funny, SCOTUS sees you and will rule that the president is the arbiter of what is and isn’t free speech

It’s go to the city/county/state. Being that a Nashville judge said that the charges against Garcia and attempting to deport him were likely illegitimate… I don’t see it going that sheriff’s way at all

I don’t know why but I foresee Pam Bondi intervening. Something about losing local support and losing a big item on their agenda?

Invade a city in Tennessee and try to claim well they are majority Democrats in that area, they started walking a tight rope. Announce snap will be cut to Tennessee for all next month because of federal government inaction. Then try to say a mostly Republican district in Tennessee doesn’t get to follow Tennessee law… That may manage to piss off enough Tennessee citizens who believes in States rights enough to flip multiple house seats. Unless they have the voting already guaranteed rigged, it would be a foolish move.

Something the dipshits don’t ever seem to realize. That their taxes are literally paying out those multi-million dollar settlements.

That’s where the real and easy to stop government waste is.

How much money can he even get for this? I’m not a lawyer but I assume he can ask for lost wages and maybe for emotional distress(?) but that should come at around a few tens of thousands. From what I’ve seen before not even people that were wrongfully imprisoned for decades don’t get that much money in reparations. Also from looking it up Tennessee has a cap of 1 million dollars for reparations.
