I attempted to recreate gagh. Easy to make but hard to enjoy. Tasted perfectly fine. Not much going for it but the spice.
If you can find shirataki noodles, those are said to look very close to the worms. However I couldn’t, so I resorted to udon (used on DS9).
Ingredients:
- soy sauce
- rice vinegar
- fish sauce
- gochujang
- food coloring
Depending on how much you use, the food coloring may be unnecessary.
It’s meant to be eaten alive. Perfect if you add a waterproof motor under it
By the way, make sure you kill it before swallowing. Don’t make it like silly Riker that got stomach parasites.
