They are. One of the game’s strengths, in my opinion, is the lack of empty filler and fetch quests. All the quests are voiced with original lines and they’re basically mini-stories, every last one of them.

I don’t like the combat system either, that’s why I always put it on the easiest setting, so I don’t waste time with it and just play it for the story. Let’s put it this way: Amazing story but bad combat? I can sit through that easily. Good combat with a terrible story? EW NO GET IT AWAY. Combat is like the least important thing for me in games. :D

I was the other way around (kinda). I didn’t mind the combat, though it also wasn’t anything special. The story was alright, but the 3-way split ending and how they used to pick which you got was complete horseshit, and it completely ruined the experience.

Add to that, I found the 2 previous games to be very disappointing as well. I don’t understand how the first game wasn’t a complete flop.

So CDPR has screwed me out of 3 games. Well, they owe me and they’re blacklisted until that changes. Unless they send me a free copy of CP2077 out of the blue they won’t see another dime from me ever again

I am not into FPS and CP2077 really clicked with me. The combat is pretty fun and versatile, graphics and soundtrack are amazing and the story is captivating.
