SCSO said the victim was stopped by a dark-colored sedan with law enforcement lights flashing inside.

“When he entered his neighborhood, he was pulled over by a dark, mid-sized vehicle with red and blue lights flashing,” said SCSO Chief Deputy Anthony Bucker, who is also running for sheriff.

Buckner said the victim complied and stepped out of the vehicle like the suspects asked somewhere along Windyke Drive.

“We believe that he was attacked and then forced back inside his vehicle, and two, out of what we believe to be three, suspects entered his vehicle and drove him back to his house,” said Buckner.

Buckner said once they got inside the victim’s home, his alarm system went off, spooking them. The suspects then forced the victim back into his car and took off.

Deputies later spotted the vehicle and started chasing it, but Buckner said it got away. Shortly after, Buckner said deputies got a call that the victim was able to escape and call for help at a business in the area of Quince and Kirby Roads.

“This is something that’s concerning for us, because we do know that we have a lot of law enforcement in our community right now. Our local, state, and federal officials are all out conducting traffic stops,” said Buckner.

BuT Why dIdNt you JuSt CoMpLy???

Because when you have a secret police force which covers their faces and answers to no law, complying can be just as dangerous as not complying. And shit like this is possible precisely because of the masks and secrecy. I have no way of knowing who is a criminal (in the carjacking sense) and who is a criminal (in the ICE bootlicker sense).

That’s not a bug. that’s a feature. It comes with the whole domestic terrorist state - making you absolutely terrified is the goal.

Police should only be able to pull vehicles over in marked cars for this reason.

With ice running around masked and unidentified they could commit crimes themselves never identifying themselves as police, or people could pretend to be them. I fear we will be seeing a lot more of this.

Uniforms and marked cars should be required for any law enforcement action that doesn’t have an unsealed warrant.

The uniform is required to gain benefits for armed forces. I bet the same is true for law enforcement and their unregulated emulants.

I truly appreciate the words of concern and advising people to pull over somewhere safe, but it would be much more helpful if city officials across the U.S. could stop helping Nazis normalize their occupation by pretending their goal is to make anyone safer.
