It’s been my experience that http://lemmy.sdf.org is a good choice for neutrality. However be aware, most of it’s inhabitants have very niche interests.
Do spammers not have freedom of spam as well?
The funny thing about “free speech” is that everyone has a different idea of what it is. Even you in your post here have limitations to how much free speech you want. From my point of view, lemmy.world is plenty free. For others they feel constricted.
