That is really strange proposal. Windows-like system is standard for desktop environment. There are some variations, like OS X or GNOME, but they still follow same windows design after all. As for GNOME it is love or hate, anyway. I would never recommend Mint or Zorin not because they are Windows-like, but because they are old and there are more user-friendly distros, atomic distros are even noob-friendly, like Silverblue or Kinoite.
I am sure I use linux exclusive software… I can not think of any windows exclusive software I ever needed.
I neither like, neither use KDE, so it is not easy to see all changes they made, but after initial quick look it looks same just like KDE looks, maybe less unpolished, but still same And there is floating taskbar. I never seem floating taskbar before, I am not sure why it floats, it even looks good, but why it does it lol?
I see you are a real noob. Now, download Fedora Silverblue and install it. Trust me, you will love it. Also it looks 100% same, as Workstation, if you still have some doubts.
Immutable distros could be a future for linux, it makes it more secure, easy to use, spares your time on fixing things, etc. Two succusfull examples are chromeos and android just work. Same with my Silverblue, it just works and I won’t ever look back to common distros, I have no desire to fix things, I prefer when everything just works. It works on Wayland, it can work on X11, I dont care.
Could be podman-restart maybe…
systemctl --user enable podman-restart.service
Or linger to force containers run even if you switch to other user or lock out
loginctl enable-linger
Sure. Idk how that happened, copy url without looking at search results lol.
Podman is not hard. Read about :z for volumes/binds and maybe use podlet (https://github.com/podium-lib/podlet) for easier systemd services generation.
I am on Silverblue, run on boot is easy if you run containers via systemd, if service is enabled it auto-starts on boot, if disabled, than you start it manually.
It can do it with js. Save this as bookmarklet, if you need to open html with firefox for some reasons.

I usually was switching to different distro, when I kill my current one. Stuck with Silverblue for almost a year allready 😶
Thanks. I skip it than.
I will not watch such long video with such dumb title. Any summary?

No. But if you really want to use such service, than Peergos or Storj.
