People are making leaving so needlessly difficult. Do you want to leave? Just leave and say that it’s time to leave.
“I think it’s time for me to leave. It has been great seeing you again and hanging out!”
Want people to leave? “I am starting to feel a bit tired, so I think we got to wrap this up”
If you are leaving a party with many people? First say goodbye to the host, then announce it to everyone. “It’s time for me to leave. Was great seeing everyone again!”
Always say goodbye to the host, just leaving is in my opinion a bit rude. People may disagree on this.
I think it is simply because people are afraid and are doing their best at coping. This results in seeking validation and support. It has been a lot worse since Trump got into office.
He is forcing everyone to pay attention all the time. One insane action after another. One goal post after another. Many things are relevant to the communities in some way. Many feel the need to fight back within their community.
Maybe even breaking sanctions and supporting terrorists
While this is probably not for me. I appreciate the diversity and creativity of humans.
Wow, is this not the case everywhere? People can’t know the laws of their own country without paying? 😵💫
I am against the death penalty, it’s a barbaric practice and not something a civilized country should do.
But for fucks sake, when you decide to have it, why not just heavily sedate someone first, with the help of an anesthesiologist or another medical professional?
I totally get why he prefers to just update SDV.
He is already rich from the original game. He loves expanding on it. People love him for the additional content.
So there is not a huge incentive for him to not just do exactly what he likes and expand SDV indefinitely 😄
Interesting, thanks for sharing
Upvoted.
I have a counterpoint to those claiming that paid are better. By using a privacy oriented search engine, then they don’t know exactly who you are. In theory just your IP. Maybe fingerprinting.
When paying they know exactly who you are. You have to trust them.
So in one case you can protect yourself, in the other you have to trust them.
Also, Kagi also uses the Russian index Yandex 😑
I wish I was stronger in this regard. Will make and a eat a vegetarian dinner today though.
Thanks, that mortality rate is frighteningly high. Luckily no human to human transmission so far. Hopefully never.
Might be good to have some personal protective equipment in my emergency toolkit, as people would probably go instantly nuts for that if there is a breakout of human to human transmission.
Oh, I must have explained wrong.
Yes, everywhere is legally required to accept it still. But the usage is really low, and there has been talks of removing the requirements of accepting cash.
I live in Norway, so the government will do everything in it’s power to protect its citizens probably. Like it did during COVID.
Theres no supply chain issues here currently either. During COVID pretty much everything was available besides acceptably priced GPUs
How to prepare for this shit again? I guess I can start by storing some masks, and a lot more food.
Any advice or thoughts? I can work from home fulltime, and grocery deliveries is possible.
Thats good. I try to use the opportunities like this to inform people a bit, because it is hard to know.
The efficient market hypothesis is so incredibly useful, and saves people from hubris and bad investment decisions. It always grounds me when I think about other investments and financial decisions as well.
You might be correct, and you might be mistaken. However according to the efficient market hypothesis, the news have already been priced in. It is in other words too late.
An average professional stock market trader with excellent tools and information at his/her disposal is correct 50% of the time.
If you are correct 51% of the time you are really good. 52% excellent, 53% maybe close to world class.
The best us normies can do is trust the efficient market hypothesis, and buy low cost global index funds and hold for decades.
Disclaimer: I am not a professional, so this is not financial advice. So you should probably speak with a professional financial advisor before making any decisions
Can someone do me? 😄 I am super curious
