Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Is it common courtesy to stack your shopping cart back with the other carts?
10·4 days agoYes its common courtesy. Its lazy and disrespectful to just toss your cart however and just expect that the store’s minimum paid staff should deal with your mess
I usually organise them when I bring mine back to fix other people’s laziness.
Nope, cause my adult filters are active so I haven’t seen a single nude since I joined. I also blocked any sub that had that theme.
EDIT: Oh wait… I just reread that.

49·7 days agoEA is the publisher, not the game studio. They just aquire and profit from Studios that make good games.

Canada@lemmy.ca•Where the Conservative Party and Pierre Poilievre Stand in Public OpinionEnglish
3·10 days agoThis was more an exclamation of frustration at these numbers than any sort of name calling.
10/10, no notes on this reply. This is how I conduct myself in the real world. I just felt flabbergasted at seeing how strong conservative support is in the under 30 crowd.

2·12 days agoWe’re talking about a company of skids whose sole purpose in the market is to track you with invasive practices and enable SEO titheads to spam their BS across multiple social networks at once.
The bar for them is barely above the floor.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•How many hours do you spend on the computer/in front of a screen?English
5·19 days agoI work in computers, remotely. So 8.5 hours minimum every day. Then I have to use a phone to communicate, so an additional 2 hours or so on that… And then some tv or games to chill. Yeah 13 hours a day seems about right… Yuck.

Mildly Interesting@lemmy.world•A major scientific study found this correlation between diet and diseasesEnglish
6·19 days agoFun fact, as someone who suffers from FODMAP related IBS… Almost very “green” item in this list triggers FODMAP reactions, and about half of the red ones are on the safe to eat category.
TL;DR - damned if I do, damned if I dont.

Kube makes it easy to have a lot, as a lot of things you need to deploy on every node just deploy on every node. As odd as it sounds, the number of containers provides redundancy that makes the hobby easy. If a Zimaboard dies or messes up, I just nuke it, and I don’t care whats on it.
