This only works if everybody follows that rule.
In real life, some of this shit gain critical mass, and afterward, ignoring it would give it even more platform by leaving it uncontested.

I remember Zelensky said something like “they can have Belgorod” when someone ask “what if NATO offers membership but under a condition of giving up some territory”.
I guess that joke is no longer too far-fetched.
Goddamn Loch Ness monster!
I’d beg to differ.
T420 is more old-school.
He should intern for mausoleum instead.
If I were Microsoft I too would stop that bullshit virtue-signalling.
The reason I chose gold is because you can make more of it in that era (e.g. thru banking, trading, pilaging) while modern medicine (assuming you mean with all the synthetic chemicals) would be easily exhaustible, not to mention they can expire.
On the other hand, since you’d be carrying modern knowledge, you’d be able to setup some make-shift facilities, applying modern concept to what you can get. And you can achieve quite a lot that way. An example would be sterilization. You can also go a long way combining natural material.
A laptop with the essential human knowledge, big enough abtteries to power it, and a portable solar generator to charge its batteries.
Oh, and probably a bunch of gold to hire mercenaries and engineers.
196 is a bunch of easily triggered soyjaks who’s trying to be edgy

I see your anti-union pizza, and raise you my final-day-at-work box of donut!
True that. However, Linux Mint may have a better out-of-box experience.
Note: Debian is my favorite distro.
These days, you probably won’t need all that tweaking.
I’d recommend Linux Mint.
And you think that a rewrite would magically solve all those technical debts?
Seeing the god of sun having his head pulled apart in a literal sense would be exhilarating!
We just don’t think of Iraq.
