Reading, watching, and listening to anything is like this. You accept communications into your brain and sort it out there. It’s why people censor things, to shield others and/or to prevent the spread of certain ideas/concepts/information.
Misinformation, lies, scams, etc function entirely on exploiting it
This is what’s known as ‘anecdotal evidence’
The fact of the matter is that we can never be 100% certain 100% of the time that only the actually guilty are being executed.
No innocent people should be killed for a crime they didn’t commit and therefore there should be no death penalty.
As long as the death penalty exists then innocents will be killed.
The solution is simple
I’d frame it as an off-the-wall question and post it on an anonymous social platform.
