What could be more appropriate than Italian in the context of pizza of any kind? It is a beautiful language and thus a little Italian is always welcome, whether pizza is involved or not.

Since it’s home made and I haven’t got an oven capable of reaching sufficiently high temperatures (and / or a stone) and since it’s for the whole family and consequently done in a pan it’s slightly more Chicago than I’d like, even if the aim was New York style.

Ads (digital ones in particular) are both central to and emblematic of the late-stage capitalistic enshittification of everything, and it pisses people off.
