My life has quickly become bullshit and I need to figure this out. My brain isn’t big enough. Any ideas on pulling in a quarter Big Ben in a safe, legal, reliable way? I can’t believe I’m even asking this.

    Find a multiplayer online videogame that is popular, has social or elements, and is noncompetitive enough that it doesn’t already have a market for cheats. Then develop and sell cheats for it. Not illegal, just against ToS (you have a right to reverse engineer depending on where you live) And you’ll get heaps of money.

    I would never endorse this normally, but if you want a high-risk high-reward method, I have to go with gambling.

    If you want low-risk high-reward, you’ll need to get in line behind every other person in the world.

        I think the old saying “money doesn’t grow on trees” applies here, then. If you have zero collateral, and no credit, then well… You can’t really expect anything.

        Depending on where you’re located a kidney could get you anything form that amount of money and more, to jail time. The internet says most people get less… So it’s probably the illegal organ selling that gets you a good amount of money. But I doubt it’s quick easy and clean… You could sell your blood, sperm and participate in clinical trials… That won’t get you as much, though. And I don’t know if you have to wait for that money.

    that amount of money is simply not able to be accrued quickly, ethically, legally, and safely. a loan is the only thing that comes to my mind other than crime time. you could try visiting mutual aid communities and crowdfunding. you’ll get something from your comrades, at least, but probably not 24k

    If people could make $25,000 in a safe quick legal and reliable way… That would just be minimum wage for a job. Because why would you ever do anything else?

    Military does offer enlistment bonuses that could cover that. But then you’re committed for several years.

    Not a good time, and high risk work, but over a summer you can pull some cash as a deck hand in a fishing boat, oil rig, or similar job where you have to live there for a few months straight.

    I would also look into oil rig workers, commercial logging, and careers with sign on bonuses.

    Step 2: Pray like hell that it’ll go up and not down.

    1. Start a church;

    2. Start a new religion;

    3. Create an MLM company;

    4. Buy some dumb stock and then try to convince r/wallstreetbets to buy it as well;

    5. Posting right-wing propaganda to YouTube and hoping the algorithm and/or some rich oil baron will notice you.

    Any skills you can market? Things you can craft? As many others have said—there is no quick way to earn money.

    Gambling is an option, though you could lose it all. Not worth it in my opinion.

    If you want money and want lots of it—find and solve problems. Look at the world, identify problems, and find marketable solutions.

    Either way you’ll have to grind.
