LONDON (AP) — Twenty-five countries including #Britain, #France and a host of #European nations issued a joint statement on Monday that puts more pressure on #Israel, saying the war in #Gaza “must end now” and Israel must comply with international law.

The foreign ministers of countries including #Australia, #Canada and #Japan said “the suffering of civilians in Gaza has reached new depths.” They condemned “the drip feeding of aid and the inhumane killing of civilians, including children, seeking to meet their most basic needs of water and food.”

The statement described as “horrifying” the deaths of over 800 #Palestinians who were seeking aid…

If the UK is involved then this is just a talkie-talkie delaying action to try and avoid actual sanctions against Israel.

Forget a year ago, Britain was in court a month ago arguing there was “no evidence of genocide in Gaza” after a challenge on supply of military parts to Israel.

Some of these countries I put a little more stock in, but the UK, like the US, is duplicitous as fuck and fully complicit in this Holocaust.

Sanctions, embargos would be a good start. If that doesn’t work, bombing airstrips and motor pools, if that doesn’t work, barracks.

Tell me why it’s unrealistic. It’s just that no country wants to be called antisemitic, but stopping a genocide against a semitic people can’t possibly be realistically called antisemitic.

Countries are not punished for actions of one, the one is punished! Which the world, not the eu as we were not appointed, nor did we appoint ourselves as arbiters of justice; have done so! Netanyahu is wanted by International Criminal Court!

Wanting us to do the same fucking thing for which you want a country to be punished, having operations carried out against civilian population; one mind you that soon might not even be democratic, aka they soon might not even have decision in keeping the one in power; is a very fucking realistic decision to be awaited

First of all, none of the things I listed mentioned carrying out operations on civilians. Secondly, he’s got charges going on in his own country.

“concrete action.” Try that when you file for unemployment. “I’ve made the statement I must have a job now.”
