Personally, I think it is fair odds for it to be a foreign actor. Could be Venuzela, Palestine, Iran, Ukraine, Mexican cartels…there are many enemies that the Trump Regime have manufactured. It wouldn’t be surprising at all if they retaliated against unprompted aggression in this fashion, if military force isn’t an option.
