The fired San Francisco judges who have spoken publicly have said that their decisions from the bench were motivated by adherence to the law, not personal ideology.

Immigration judges have their own weird status, where they’re DoJ employees, rather than having a lifetime appointment under Article III of the Constitution.

    Yes and no.

Biden was feckless in the extreme, and demonstrably failed to meet the challenge of incipient fascism in the US making a play to steal the whole fucking show. And now we live under a fascist regime.

Biden is going to be remembered in history books (at least, Non-American ones) amongst names like Neville Chamberlain and Paul von Hindenburg. That’s his legacy, and it’s his own fucking fault. And we have to live with the consequences.

Hopefully Merrick Garland too. I hope he never has a restful nights sleep again, the fucking coward.

SO MANY people were just absolute limpdicks in response to the clear and present danger of fascism. It honestly almost begs the question of whether this is actually what they wanted. That caliber of imbecilic, vacuous leadership is just astoundingly negligent, and they all continue to circlejerk themselves about how “nice” it was during the Biden admin.

I don’t think you’re wrong about aggressively prosecuting a major political party but

      . . . um

      Wait, isn’t that what they’re . . .

Hang on, I gotta call my lawyer. Or a script doctor. Not sure yet.
